Birth Doula Support
As a birth doula, I will assist you through the remarkable journey of labour and birth. I will provide relevant information, loving guidance and support to make this amazing experience the most positive one for you and your partner.
Services includes
- 2 prenatal visits where we’ll get to know each other, and explore how I can assist with your birthing needs.
- We will discuss your pregnancy and your wishes and preferences for labour and the birth of your baby.
- We will discuss your dreams, plans, ideas and fears and we will tailor a personalized and unique birth plan.
- I will answer, to the best of my knowledge, any questions you may have or facilitate that information to you.
- We will discuss what is active labour, what to do, what to bring to the hospital or have at hand, comfort measures, pain relieve and coping methods.
- We will practice some of those comfort measures and find out what you and your partner feel most comfortable with and how I can make that journey easier for you.
- Unlimited phone or email support.
- I will be available to you 24 hours for the two weeks surrounding your estimated due date until your baby is born.
- When your labour begins I will join you at a time and place of your choosing and remain with you throughout your labour and delivery.
- I will stay with you and your family for the first two hours after the birth of your baby. During this time I will assist you with breastfeeding, if that is your choice or be in the background taking pictures or videos if you wish, and allowing you and your family to enjoy those first unforgettable and beautiful moments with your new baby.
- We will arrange a time that is suitable for you and your family for a postnatal visit(s). This is an ideal time to reflect and talk about your birth experience and to assist you with breastfeeding if that is your choice.

Postpartum Doula Support
Welcome to your fourth trimester!! As a postpartum doula I will support your transition and help you settle into life with your new baby during those first days or weeks after birth.
How can I help?
As your postpartum doula I will support you in this transitioning time with baby care basics, offering evidenced based information about sleep, feeding, baby cues. Empower you to find what works best for you, your baby and your family. Help you with light household tasks and meal preparation. Listen to your birth story, take care of your baby if you need to sleep, take a bath or simply have a moment to yourself.
Postpartum Service Pricing
Visits are minimum of 3 hours.
A 12 hour package is $500
Additional hours at $45 per hour.
